shipping & returns
SHIPPING
We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located. Orders are shipped from North Carolina via USPS, usually within 2-3 weeks after the order was placed. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email us). Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship around the world!
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may exchange it less any shipping charges. Exchanges must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. All orders must be exchange, we do not do refunds.
